Step 1 — Initial Inquiry

Families begin by contacting us regarding availability, questions, or upcoming babies.

Step 2 — Conversation & Guidance

We discuss lifestyle, experience level, expectations, and provide education about African Grey ownership.

Step 3 —  Deposit

Approved families may place a deposit once a baby becomes available.

Step 4 — Socialization & Updates

While your baby develops, we provide regular updates, photos, and progress information.

Step 5 — Delivery Coordination

We carefully coordinate safe transportation throughout the USA and occasionally Canada depending on conditions.

Step 6 — Bringing Baby Home

We provide care guidance, feeding information, and ongoing support to help your parrot transition successfully.
